BALTA RESIDENCE

 

Located in Ulus, Istanbul, the residence is a duplex apartment with a garden, and Bosphorus view. Firstly, we fully renovated the place. Then, we decorated it with new furniture, lighting and furnishings. Respecting the clients’ style, our challenge was to create an open-space that is child-friendly, minimal and cozy. We were also asked to create plenty of storage spaces, and two separate studies for the academician couple.
