PENNINGS RESIDENCE

 

Located in Manhattan Beach, CA, just a couple of blocks from the beach, the residence is a 2 BR house with a back patio. Our client wished to transform his bachelor patch into a sophisticated, child- and pet-friendly home for his 6-yrs-old son and their 2 kittens.
