MANHATTAN BEACH COTTAGE

 

Located in Manhattan Beach, CA, just a couple of blocks from the beach, the residence is a 2 BR house with a back patio. Our client had relocated to a new neighborhood, and wished to transform his new home into a sophisticated, child- and pet-friendly space for his 6-yrs-old son and their 2 kittens.
