PENNINGS RESIDENCE
Located in Manhattan Beach, CA, just a couple of blocks from the beach, the residence is a 2 BR house with a patio. Our client wished to transform his bachelor patch into a sophisticated, child- and pet-friendly home for his 6-yrs-old son and their 2 kittens. So, we granted his wish! Since it is a rental, we mostly concentrated on cosmetic changes to revamp the space with new indoor and outdoor furniture, artworks, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and decorative objects.
In the living room, we created a TV-entertainment wall unit. In the bedroom, we created a better placement of furniture, with new and existing pieces to maximize storage space.
